Booking Guidelines
For tables of 6 and more, a discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
Due to high demand, we kindly would like to inform our customers that on Fridays and Saturdays, tables of 2-3 will have 1 hour and 30 minutes allocated to their booking.
Upon reservation, we will always inform you of the time you have available to enjoy the full Mugshot experience. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding in this matter.
Also, due to a high number of no show customers, we kindly require the provision of credit/debit card details for all reservations. A non-refundable fee of £15 per head is incurred only for customers who fail to arrive at their allocated time without informing us or have not notified us 24 hours prior to the reservation. This charge will also be applied if numbers of parties decrease without informing us 24 hours prior to booking
